This is a very special design house sitting in the heart of Baix Emporda within just a short walk to one of the most charming villages of the area, Ullastret. Boasting contemporary yet sustainable architecture and several comfortable interior and exterior areas finished in sober colours, this villa is ideal for a family or friends holiday in Costa Brava. The floor area is around 200 m2, the house is surrounded by wild garden with local Mediterranean plants. There are 2 floors and 4 bedrooms sleeping 8. One is a suite, two bedrooms are double, while the fourth one is a triple room. All the bedrooms and common areas feature AC. There is heating, fans and a fireplace.
The villa benefits from a private pool and parking.

Lower floor
This floor houses 3 bedrooms and the common areas. The latter ones include a living room, a dining room that can be opened up  thanks to telescopic doors and a totally equipped kitchen. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a blender, a kettle, a citrus squeezer, kitchenware and tableware.
The laundry facilities include a washing machine, a drying rack, an iron and an ironing board.
Bedroom 1: three single beds (90 x 190 cm each), bathroom with a shower shared with bedroom 2.
Bedroom 2: double bed (150 x 200 cm), bathroom shared with bedroom 1.
Bedroom 3: double bed (150 x 200 cm), private bathroom with a shower.

First floor
Bedroom 4: master, king size bed (180 x 200 cm), private bathroom.

Outdoors
The villa offers a private swimming pool. It is surrounded by wild garden with local Mediterranean herbs and trees. There is an al-fresco chill-out area.
