Late check-in from after 02:00 has a surcharge of 55 EUR.
Late check-out from 11:00 to 13:00 has a surcharge of 40 EUR and is subject to availability.
Late check-out from 13:00 will be charged as an additional night.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 50%. The rest shall be paid no later than 15 days before arrival together with the Security Deposit with a cc (Visa, Mastercard). The Security Deposit will be returned to you within 10 days after your departure, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 14 (fourteen) days before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation 14 (fourteen) days before the arrival or less: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
