Enjoying stunning sea views due to its elevated position, the homes offers a private heated swimming pool. It sits in a resort in the south of Sardinia. The resort covers around 50 ha of private gardens and manicured areas. There are several resort structures, restaurants, a world-class thalasso spa and lots of facilities for sport and leisure activities including a gym. Moreover, there is a shopping square that holds entertainment activities in high season.
The house covers around 300 m2 and 135 m2 of chill-out areas and pergolas and enjoys a plot of 900 m2. The house is designed with the use of the local natural materials including wood and Orosei white marble travertine.
