Description
This outstanding beach villa sits in San Teodoro area within a private estate of Capo Coda Cavallo. There are no other constructions in the eyesight, that makes it even more exclusive. Half way from Capo Coda Cavallo beach and Punta Aldia, it enjoys privileged position and easy access to shops, restaurants, Olbia airport, golf and tennis. The home sits in a small bay and has direct access to a sandy beach (around 50 m away). Further on, the next beach is around 10 minutes walking. It was built in 1976 by a famous Italian architect and had undergone several liftings from that time. It boasts a 15 m heatable infinity pool with Jacuzzi.
