The same level also has a kitchen, a storage room and two bedrooms with a bathrooms. the kitchen is totally equipped and enjoys an island with a small breakfast area, a fridge freezer, two ovens, two microwaves, a gas stove, a ceramic hob, a coffee maker, a toaster, kitchenware and tableware. The upper level has the entrance room with the landing, a master bedroom with a spacious dressing area and a bathroom. It enjoys a spacious panoramic-view terrace. The ground floor features further sleeping facilities including four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a massage area, a gym and a guest toilet. The entertainment facilities include WIFI, HIFI, TV with satellite channels, DVD. There is AC, a safe box and parking spaces on the terrain. The gym has some weights and machines.

Bedlinen & Towels: Bedlinen and towels are changed daily from Monday to Saturday.

Final Cleaning: Final cleaning is included.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is Saturday.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 50%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
